By downloading, accessing, or using the Sujku application or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the parent/legal guardian of a child using the platform), and you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sujku.

2 About Sujku

Sujku is an AI-powered educational learning platform developed and operated by Seven Sigma Technologies. The platform provides:

• Curriculum-aligned lessons for students from LKG to 4th Standard
• Multiple-choice question (MCQ) practice and quizzes
• Interactive stories, rhymes, and activities
• Add-on classes in creative subjects
• A parent dashboard for tracking learning progress

3 User Accounts & Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account, and to keep your login credentials confidential.

4 Permitted Use

Sujku is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may:

• Access and use all content and features included in your subscription plan
• Download content made explicitly available for offline use
• Share your child's progress reports with teachers or tutors

5 Prohibited Use

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Sujku content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the platform
• Use Sujku for any commercial purpose or resell access to others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Misrepresent your identity or your child's grade level
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers or security

6 Intellectual Property

All content on Sujku — including but not limited to lessons, quizzes, stories, illustrations, animations, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Seven Sigma Technologies and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your child's personal education.

7 Subscription & Payments

• Sujku may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Features available under each tier are described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Sujku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for a high-quality experience, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• All content is perfectly accurate or complete at all times
• Results from using Sujku will meet every individual child's specific educational needs

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Sigma Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sujku, including loss of data, loss of learning progress, or any harm resulting from reliance on platform content.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Sujku after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
